Your order is unique and has been custom created especially for you. As such we do not accept a request to return and refund purchased goods where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection.
We cannot offer a refund or exchange where there is no fault with the product, or the product has been damaged due to misuse, abnormal use or negligent use.
However, Style Me Pretty Creations will replace your order if:
- Order contains errors that have been made by Style Me Pretty Creations after the design was approved.
- Order was damaged in transit - in this circumstance, please retain all packaging and email a digital photo of the damaged package/product.
You are required to notify us of the above within 3 days of receipt of your order. If eligible for a replacement order, we will endeavour to remake your order as soon as possible. You will also receive tracking updates via email.
In the event you are eligible for a replacement order (see above), the following options are available:
- We will ship reprinted labels so you can rewrap the product yourself (you will not be required to return any product)
- Return the entire order (at your expense) so we remake the product with re-printed labels before it is shipped back to you (at our expense)
