Shelf life is approx. 6 months from dispatch date. If you are concerned about shelf life, your order can be dispatched closer to event date - simply make a note at checkout.

Ingredients: Milk Chocolate [(Cocoa Solids (Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter), Sugar, Milk Solids, Emulsider (Soy Lecithin), Flavour). Milk chococlate (100%) contains Cocoa solids 34% min. and milk solids 30% min.

Item(s) will be shipped within 3-5 business days following proof approval. Style Me Pretty Creations uses express shipping services to provide a reliable and short transit time on deliveries.
Your order is unique and has been custom created especially for you. As such we do not accept a request to return and refund purchased goods where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection.

We cannot offer a refund or exchange where there is no fault with the product, or the product has been damaged due to misuse, abnormal use or negligent use.

However, Style Me Pretty Creations will replace your order if:

Order contains errors that have been made by Style Me Pretty Creations after the design was approved.

Order was damaged in transit - in this circumstance, please retain all packaging and email a digital photo of the damaged package/product.

You are required to notify us of the above within 3 days of receipt of your order. If eligible for a replacement order, we will endeavour to remake your order as soon as possible. You will also receive tracking updates via email.

In the event you are eligible for a replacement order (see above), the following options are available:

We will ship reprinted labels so you can rewrap the prodcut yourself (you will not be required to return any product)

Return the entire order (at your expense) so we re-wrap the product with re-printed labels before it is shipped back to you (at our expense)

Please note, as a food item chocolate bars may not be returned/refunded for any reason, including damage from heat in transit. During the summer months, signature on delivery is included in your shipping rate to ensure chocolates are not left unattended in the heat.

Shipping charges, design/artwork setup fees, and late order/ rush fees are not refundable.
