Shipping Information
Bespoke designs & orders can take 4-6 weeks. Please take this into consideration when placing your order to avoid disappointment.
Late/ rush order option is available at check out. Make sure to select 'Rush My Order' to your cart if you would like to have your order fast tracked. Item(s) will be shipped within 3-5 business days following proof approval. Style Me Pretty Creations uses express shipping services to provide a reliable and short transit time on deliveries.
Pick Up Service
We also offer a convenient pick up service for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person. Our pick up location is in Taylors Lakes (3038), VIC. Please wait for a confirmation email from us before coming to pick up your order. Our pick up hours are 9am-5pm, Monday - Friday. If you have any questions or concerns about our pick up service, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Return and Exchange Policy
Your order is unique and has been custom created especially for you. As such we do not accept a request to return and refund purchased goods where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection.
We cannot offer a refund or exchange where there is no fault with the product, or the product has been damaged due to misuse, abnormal use or negligent use.
However, Style Me Pretty Creations will replace your order if:
- Order contains errors that have been made by Style Me Pretty Creations after the design was approved.
- Order was damaged in transit - in this circumstance, please retain all packaging and email a digital photo of the damaged package/product.
You are required to notify us of the above within 3 days of receipt of your order. If eligible for a replacement order, we will endeavour to remake your order as soon as possible. You will also receive tracking updates via email. In the event you are eligible for a replacement order (see above), the following options are available:
- We will ship reprinted labels so you can rewrap the product yourself (you will not be required to return any product)
- Return the entire order (at your expense) so we remake the product with re-printed labels before it is shipped back to you (at our expense).
MELT FREE POLICY
To maintain the quality of our products, certain food items are not eligible for returns or refunds, including those affected by heat during transit. We offer a Melt-Free Guarantee, carefully packaging your order with materials designed to protect against heat damage. During warmer seasons, signature on delivery is automatically included in your shipping rate to ensure your products are not left unattended in high temperatures. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we take every precaution to deliver your items in perfect condition.
Shipping charges, design/artwork setup fees, and late order/ rush fees are not refundable.
